The Daily Bullion: Crude Leads as Both Benchmarks Climb Over 2%

Crude is the standout as the session opens. Both benchmarks gained more than 2%, extending a run that now stretches back weeks.

USOil rose 2.3% to $83.67, with UKOil up 2.27% to $88.68. The move is not a one-off: both are up around 5-6% on the week and 17-19% on the month.

On a yearly view, US crude sits 28.5% higher and Brent 29.5%, keeping energy the firmest corner of the board.
