ForexBullion (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website forexbullion.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our website.

Information We Collect

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or any similar technology. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not know which pages you read.

The only personal data we process is what our web server unavoidably records in order to serve the site:

  • Server access logs – your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user-agent string. These are written by our web server for security and fault diagnosis (for example, identifying an attack or a broken page). They are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically. They are not linked to any other information and are not shared.

Information you choose to give us: if you email us, we hold that email and its contents so we can reply. Nothing else. There is no contact form and no newsletter on this site.

How We Use Your Information

Server logs are used only to keep the site working and secure. That is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we never sell it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all.

Your browser stores a few preferences locally, using localStorage, so that features you use keep working the way you left them:

  • the instruments you have recently viewed (fb_recent)
  • your chart type and price scale (fb_chart_prefs)
  • which chart indicators you switched on (fb_chart_inds)
  • any drawings you made on a chart, per instrument (fb_draw_…)

That data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. Because we set no cookies and run no tracking, there is no consent banner to click.

Third-Party Services

Fonts, charts, stylesheets, scripts and images are all served from forexbullion.com. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking service of any kind.

One exception: the currency converter. That single tool (/calculators/currency-converter/) needs exchange rates for currencies our own market feed does not carry – rupees, dirhams, and other non-traded pairs – so your browser fetches European Central Bank reference rates directly from Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev). This happens when you open that page and when you convert. Because your browser makes the request, your IP address is visible to that service. It receives nothing else: no cookie, no identifier, and nothing about who you are or what else you read.

Every other page on this site contacts nobody – articles, live prices, charts, the other calculators, reference pages and policies. Price pages used to call two outside services on a timer; that was removed on 28 July 2026 so prices now come only from our own feed.

  • Our charts are drawn in your browser from our own market data. We do not embed TradingView or any other third-party chart provider.
  • Links to external sites (for example our social media profiles, or an exchange’s own page) are ordinary links. They send nothing until you click them, at which point that site’s own privacy policy applies.

Data Retention

Server access logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Email you send us is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
