The United States published its Retail Sales and Producer Price Index batch at 12:30 UTC on 15 October 2026, and the clearest reaction ran through the smaller crypto tokens on our feed. Polygon led the move, slipping 0.64% in the minutes after the release.
Where crypto and silver moved against the dollar
Polygon (MATUSD) set the pace, easing from 0.0935 to 0.0929, a 0.64% decline and the day’s largest.
The Graph (GRTUSD) followed, down 0.42% from 0.0241 to 0.0240.
Tezos (XTZUSD) softened 0.37%, from 0.29885 to 0.29775.
Silver (XAGUSD) slipped 0.33%, from 56.7835 to 56.5965.
Uniswap (UNIUSD) sat close behind, off 0.32% from 6.907 to 6.885.
Platinum (XPTUSD) was the lone riser, adding 0.13% from 1621.08 to 1623.15.
What the reaction shows
The move concentrated in the lower-priced crypto tokens: Polygon, The Graph, Tezos and Uniswap each gave back between a third and two-thirds of a percent against the dollar. Precious metals pulled apart, with silver drifting lower while platinum edged higher, leaving platinum the only instrument on our feed in positive territory. Every move stayed well under 1%, so the reaction read as a contained drift rather than a sharp repricing.
