Crypto sets the tone into the new session. Stellar jumped 9.23% to $0.19309, the day’s single biggest move across all 83 instruments, with XRP close behind at +7.75% to $1.4437.
Crypto
The green extended down the board. UNI added 6.61% to $6.5255, LINK rose 4.48% to $11.695, and Solana gained 4.40% to $103.55. Bitcoin firmed 2.74% to $78,893.55 and Ethereum climbed 3.31% to $2,557.55.
The monthly picture is stronger still: UNI is up 99.47% over 30 days, XRP up 45.55%, and Solana up 39.01%. Ethereum’s 36.5% month leads the majors on that horizon.
Tezos was the exception, down 3.84% to $0.2477 on the day, though it holds a 10.83% weekly gain. Litecoin was near flat at -0.19%. Year-on-year the sector remains deeply underwater β Stellar is still down 49.25% and XRP down 51.84%.

The dollar carried a firm bias. USD/JPY rose 0.58% to 154.30 and USD/MXN gained 0.77% to 17.117. USD/PLN added 0.68% to 3.75449.
The commodity currencies lagged. NZD/USD fell 0.65% to 0.57698, down 1.51% on the week, and AUD/USD eased 0.23% to 0.71337. EUR/USD slipped 0.38% to 1.15459 and GBP/USD dipped 0.19% to 1.34972.

Metals and energy
Metals pulled back. Silver fell 1.08% to $63.20 and platinum lost 1.01% to $1,771.48. Gold eased 0.80% to $4,298.15, off 1.19% on the week but still up 16.9% year-on-year. Palladium slipped 0.39% to $1,283.35.
Oil gave back some of a strong run. USOil fell 0.77% to $97.89 and UKOil dropped 1.08% to $102.78, yet both hold weekly gains near 6% and monthly gains above 18%.
Indices
Europe was the drag. The IBEX 35 fell 1.13% to 19,631.36 and the Euro Stoxx 50 lost 0.74% to 6,272.48. Wall Street leaned higher, with the Nasdaq 100 up 0.59% to 29,170.94 and the S&P 500 up 0.19% to 7,627.28. The Nikkei 225 added 0.51% to 63,371.80 but is down 8.09% over the month.
The crypto majors remain the session’s clear standout, while metals sit at the softer end of the tape.
