What the reaction shows
The reaction was broad but modest, with every listed sterling pair nudging higher rather than any single cross dominating. The spread of moves was narrow, running from 0.03% to 0.10%.
Strength concentrated most against the yen, with the antipodean and Scandinavian crosses clustered close behind. The dollar and Australian dollar pairs showed the most contained response.
Taken together, the feed points to a small, uniform firming in the pound rather than a sharp repricing in any one direction.
