US crude sits at $85.90, up 1.81% on the day and 21.24% over the past month, with Brent close behind at $90.19 (+1.30%). Both barrels have now run more than 7% higher on the week.

Commodities & Metals

Crude is the clearest theme on the board, but the metals are keeping pace. Silver added 1.45% to $59.69, extending a 7.43% weekly climb. Gold rose 1.22% to $4,130.27, and platinum firmed 0.63% to $1,645.32.

The Daily Bullion: Crude Leads the Board as Oil Climbs Over 2%

Energy is the clearest story on the board this morning. Both crude benchmarks pushed higher, extending a strong run that now spans weeks.

Commodities

US crude (USOil) rose 2.30% to $83.67, and Brent (UKOil) added 2.27% to $88.68. The move builds on a stretched trend: WTI is up 17.35% on the month and 28.51% on the year, with Brent tracking close behind at 19.33% and 29.53%.

Metals were quieter. Gold slipped 0.57% to $3,995.49, still up 6.25% year-on-year. Silver was effectively flat at $55.91 but sits down 2.92% on the week. Platinum eased 0.47% to $1,588.05.

Litecoin (LTCUSD) Technical Snapshot: Trading 15% Below Its 200-Day Average

Litecoin (LTCUSD) last traded at 47.05, up 4.39% on the session.

Trend

The structure reads as below the 200-day average but with a mixed short-term structure. Price sits 6.2% above its 20-day SMA (44.303) and 6.04% above its 50-day SMA (44.3698), while remaining 15.05% under the 200-day SMA (55.3878). The two shorter averages are clustered close together, and price holds above both, but the wide gap to the long-term line reflects the broader downtrend still in place.
